We answer within two business days, usually sooner.

When reporting a problem, it helps to include

  • Your device and iOS version (for example, iPhone 13, iOS 18.2)
  • The app version, shown at the bottom of the Settings screen
  • What you were doing, what you expected, and what happened instead
  • A screenshot if the screen looked wrong

Common questions

Do I need an account?
No. There is no sign-up, no login and no password. Open the app and start a job.
Does it work without signal?
Yes — completely. Everything happens on the device, including building the PDF. You can work in a basement car park all day and never notice.
Where are my photos stored?
Inside the app, on your phone. They are not added to your camera roll and they are not uploaded anywhere. They stay until you delete the job, the photo, or the app.
How do I send a report to a client?
Open the job, tap Proof Report, wait for the preview, then tap Share. The PDF goes to the normal share sheet, so you can send it by Messages, Mail, WhatsApp, or save it to Files. You can do this mid-job too, not only at the end.
How do I get my business name on the report?
Settings, then Business name. It appears at the top of every report. Leave it blank and the report simply omits it.
The camera won't open.
If camera access is off, the app shows a screen with an Open Settings button that takes you straight to the right place. On a device where camera access is restricted, Settings won't help — use Import Photos Instead, which is offered on the same screen and keeps whichever proof item you were capturing.
Can I import photos I already took?
Yes. Import Photos on the job screen opens your photo library, and the same option appears any time the camera is unavailable.
Why does my finished job still say “6 of 18”?
Because that is what happened. The count is a record, not a score, so it is left exactly as it was when you completed the job rather than being tidied up afterwards.
Can I reopen a completed job?
Not at present. Completing a job makes it a read-only record — you can still generate and share the report, but you cannot add photos. Check the Finish Job screen before you tap through; it lists everything still outstanding, and Complete Anyway is a deliberate choice.
I deleted a photo by mistake. Can I get it back?
No. Deleting a photo or a job is permanent and there is no bin to recover from. The app always confirms first and states exactly what will be removed.
Should I turn on location?
It is optional and off by default. Switching it on in Settings records where each new photo was taken, which is useful if you are ever asked to prove you were on site. It does not change photos already saved, and the app works fully without it.

Troubleshooting

“Saving is unavailable” appears at the top of the Jobs screen
The app cannot write to storage, which usually means the device is full. Free up space in your phone's Settings, then reopen the app. Do not keep working while this warning is showing — anything created now will be lost when the app closes.
“Report could not be created”
Tap Try Again. If it keeps failing, it is most often a very large job on a nearly full device — free up some space and retry. If it still fails, email us with the job's photo count.
The app is slow generating a report
Normal for a fifty-photo job; the PDF is being built on the device rather than on a server. Leave the screen open and it will finish.

For what the app stores and what it does not, see the privacy policy.
