No. You need to know what's broken or what's eating your time — we handle the technical side. We'll explain what we're doing in plain language, but you don't need any AI or automation background.

What if someone else built my automation?

That's exactly what we fix. Freelancers, agencies, DIY tool setups — we see broken builds from all of them. We don't need the original builder. We need access to what exists and a clear picture of what it should do.

What tools do you work with?

Make.com, n8n, Zapier, OpenAI and Anthropic APIs, Supabase, Airtable, and custom integrations. If you're on something else, ask — we work with most automation and API-based tools.

How much does it cost?

The diagnostic call is free. Fixes and builds start from A$800 per automation, scoped after the call. Ongoing care plans start from A$150/month. See our pricing page for full details — we publish ranges, not 'contact us for a quote'.

What if it breaks again?

That's what the care plan is for. Monitoring, break-fix, and updates when APIs or tools change. If you don't want a care plan, we still document everything so you or another engineer can maintain it.

How long does a fix take?

Simple repairs can be done in a few days. More complex builds or multi-system fixes take longer — we'll give you a realistic timeline on the diagnostic call.

Do you work with businesses outside Australia?

Yes. Calls and work are remote. Pricing is in AUD but we work with clients wherever they are.
